Marley Riddell
I’m Marley Riddell, devoted to shaping young minds in childcare for over 5 years. Leaving Maine for Lubbock, Texas in 2020 was a pivotal move, leading me to Treehouse Children’s Academy, where my passion found its perfect match. It’s more than a workplace; it’s a community where I witness daily the wonders of children’s growth and development. Embracing Texas and its warm hospitality has made this journey incredibly fulfilling.
I’ve found purpose that fills my days with joy. Being part of these kids’ formative years, guiding their discoveries, and fostering their development has become my daily inspiration. At Treehouse Children’s Academy, I’ve found not just a job but a calling, one I’m deeply committed to as I continue cherishing each moment spent nurturing these bright young minds.
Chelsea Macias
Hello, my name is Chelsea Macias. I have been working in childcare for almost 10 years. I have spent the last 8+ years in the Treehouse Family. In my time with Treehouse Children’s Academy, we have grown from Two Treehouse Locations to Six locations and have won best of Lubbock 7 of those years! I am a wife and a mother of 5 beautiful children aging from 16 down to my newest addition that just turned One! Spending time with my family is what I enjoy doing outside of work. I have always had a passion for working with children and wanting to make an impact on children, families, and our teammates as well. Making connections and watching those around me thrive and grow emotionally, educationally, and spiritually is what drives me. As Principal, I want to make sure I am offering families the best possible care so they feel as if their child is dropped off to their home away from home. We want every family to know they are loved, purposed and cared for at our school. I look forward to meeting each of you and making you apart of our Treehouse Family and Journey!
Darion Garza
My name is Darion Garza and I am the principal at TreeHouse Children’s Academy on 82nd. I have been working in early education for many years now. I have worked for TreeHouse Children’s Academy for 4 years and have won Best of Lubbock multiple years in a row! My passion is doing what I am doing now. Being able to touch so many lives daily and making everyone feel safe, noticed and loved is what I feel God has called me to do. No matter what may be going on in the world or my life; stepping into a classroom with my students gives me appreciation and centers me by seeing their smiles and being able to embrace their love. Knowing that families entrust me and my team with their babies shows that they have peace and comfort within my walls and that they know I will do all that I can to always protect their little ones. I am an only child and have one son of my own. My son is my absolute world along with my husband and they make my family complete. On our free time we enjoy taking family vacations, family date nights, movies and watching MMA together. With being such a small and close nit family that I come from I know what I want for my own child and that is what I try to provide every student (baby, toddler, preschool or preteen) and family that enrolls at my school. I pray that any time spent with me and my school is always beneficial and what any individual may need whether that be teammates, students, families or anyone that may step foot in my school.
